Experience!!!!

SO I and 15 other just graduated from school. What is with all the jobs and the experience title? How does one get experience needed if the only jobs out there are looking for those of us whom have been doing this field for over a year. It seems to me that some of the jobs out there would want to get those of us fresh from school with new ideas and an even harder work ethic. We really want to work. I know Im 36 almost but still...I know this is the field for me. I love music. I love learning about the gear. I love doing load in/ load out. I get off on sitting behind the Midas Sienna 480 or the Yahama MC 32/12. I understand signal flow. I know how to follow orders and be humble. Really I just don't want anyone to get discouraged out there who is trying to live out their dream. I'm going to find a way into the entertainment industry if it kills me. I want to be around musicians and writers and producers............Is there anyone out there that feels me.....
